Royal's manufacturing tools include advanced software, flexible automation, and expert material handling systems. Our manufacturing process uses prime sheet metal, with tolerances more stringent than mill specifications. The high quality of our finished parts is ensured with current generation of software for automated punching, notching, shearing, folding, bending, and high-definition plasma cutting and material handling.
Royal Truck body now offers General Motors “Ship Through” from Michigan. This new offering harnesses the power of existing transportation and provides a direct link to most GM Dealerships in the nation. The process is centered around the Royal Truck Body Michigan Up-fit Center and utilizes the existing mounting capabilities and manufacturing relationships at this facility.
